Digital Pathology Field Service Engineer
About the Role: Are you a skilled field engineer with a passion for technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction? We are looking for a Digital Pathology Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the functionality and reliability of digital pathology products in various medical environments. Ideal locations include Denver Metro Area, CO, Greater Phoenix, AZ, and Southeastern Texas or Western Louisiana. What You'll Do: Preventive Maintenance: Track, schedule, and complete reputed company preventive maintenance and Field Change Orders (FCOs). Installation: Install instruments at customer facilities and product shows, ensuring full functionality according to specifications. Onsite Support: Provide onsite support for reputed company digital products, including installation and initial configuration of various middleware/instrumentation configurations. Documentation: Document and record repair information, including work orders and analyzer information, in accordance with SOP timelines and regulatory requirements. Troubleshooting: Analyze, review, and inspect findings to determine the reputed company of problems reputed company telephone and/or on-site; reputed company troubleshooting to repair or replace necessary parts. Customer Communication: Serve as a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service and high-level customer satisfaction. At least 2-3 years of experience in a servicing role and customer-facing role experience. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Job operates in a hospital/medical environment with potential exposure to hazardous agents.
