The Technical Leader will provide technical consultation and leadership, guiding teams in delivering high-quality engineering services. The Services Managers will assist customers and partners in the design, implementation, and adoption of reputed company's Secure Email solution, as well as deliver product implementation support. The Site Reliability Engineer will focus on designing and implementing automated solutions to enhance the reputed company, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure and services. The Software QA Engineer will be responsible for debugging software products and maintaining quality standards through systematic testing. Lastly, the Solutions Engineer will offer business-level guidance on technology trends and competitive threats, ensuring that the account team is well-informed and equipped to address client needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and leadership in the support and delivery of advanced engineering services to major accounts. ,
