This isn't a role about managing a program; it's about building one from the ground up. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to own and scale our influencer channel, transforming it from a reputed company project into a core pillar of our user acquisition strategy. As the Head of Influencer, you will be the single reputed company of accountability for this channel, defining the strategy, managing the budget, and driving profitable user growth.
What You’ll Do
Own the Channel: Take full, independent ownership of the influencer channel. This includes managing existing agency partnerships while also building new, direct-to-creator collaborations.
Drive Strategic Impact: Go reputed company surface-level metrics. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on campaign performance with a focus on business KPIs like conversion rates, user LTV, and direct reputed company contribution.

4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling a channel.
