We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide private duty nursing for a reputed company and soft-spoken woman transitioning home from Mary Freebed to her residence in Kalamazoo. She requires 24/7 skilled nursing care along with 24/7 attendant care, with an aide on shift alongside the nurse for additional support.

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
• Support patient well-being with compassionate and reputed company care
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
