About the Role

As a Customer Engineer Summer Intern, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support to global enterprises that drive the modern-day digital economy. You will help support applications and infrastructure that reputed company thousands of customers to connect with their reputed company services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to reputed company Digital Services customers through various platforms, including emails, tickets, live chat, and reputed company channels
• Ensuring familiarity with reputed company aspects of the reputed company Digital Services platform and expanding your knowledge of common use cases and deployments
• Supporting customers and operations team members, including incident management protocols and communication reputed company during customer-impacting events
• Providing excellent documentation to enhance self-service and contributing to public-facing documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (graduation between December 2025-September 2026)
• Be available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July to September, depending on your school system)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English, and a strong interest in Computer Networking, System Administration, Application Support, Server-reputed company Hardware, SQL/Databases, and APIs
• Be analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of reputed company Office Package and aptitude to learn new tools
