Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Medical Insurance Specialist to join reputed company, working remotely from Monday to Friday, reputed company-8pm CST. As a Medical Insurance Specialist, you will:

• Submit and track prior authorization requests reputed company inbound and outbound calls
• Verify patients' medical insurance eligibility and coverage
• Communicate with providers and insurers regarding patients to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records of approvals and denials

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of medical benefits experience
• Call center experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
• Experience in reputed company or insurance is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
