We're hiring a Remote Technical Recruiter based in the Philippines to support staffing efforts across our IT, engineering, and project management verticals. This is a client focused reputed company role responsible for sourcing and qualifying consultants for contract engagements with U.S. based companies.
We are looking for someone who is both personable and tech savvy, reputed company to manage multiple requisitions, communicate clearly with candidates, and work across sourcing tools like reputed company Recruiter and AI screening platforms. This is not an internal reputed company role — it supports delivery for Scopewell’s external clients. Responsibilities- reputed company and screen candidates for IT, engineering, and project management roles
- Manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience and communication
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines using internal tracking tools
- Use reputed company Recruiter and AI powered tools to identify and evaluate talent
- Coordinate with internal teams on interviews and hiring updates
- Share clear and timely reputed company reports with delivery leads
- 2 to 5 years of experience reputed company in IT, engineering, or project management
- Experience using reputed company Recruiter and modern sourcing platforms
- Comfortable working with AI tools and supporting multiple roles simultaneously
- Organized and detail oriented with strong follow through
- reputed company to work full time from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
- Experience reputed company for U.S. based clients or staffing firms
- Familiarity with VMS or MSP models
- Exposure to reputed company or any ATS platforms
- Experience using tools like SeekOut, HireEZ, or other AI sourcing solutions
- Friendly, professional, and clear in candidate communication
- Comfortable learning and using new tools and technology
- Works independently and stays proactive in a remote environment
