Role Description

As a reputed company Talent Sourcer for reputed company’s Consumer x Marketplace (CxM) function, you will report to the Director of reputed company Sourcing. You will work closely with:

• Recruiters
• Hiring Managers
• HR Business Partners
• Business leaders across CxM, including key teams like Brand Marketing, Product, Design, Innovation, and Merchandising
• Talent Operations and external partners to drive best-in-class sourcing strategies

Your impact will reputed company across strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution, playing a pivotal role in:

• Identifying, engaging, and delivering top talent for reputed company’s Consumer x Marketplace organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company field
• Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
• 5+ years of talent sourcing or reputed company experience
• Strong experience sourcing for marketing, product, or consumer-centric roles
• Demonstrated reputed company building and executing sourcing strategies across multiple job families
• Proven leadership capabilities—experience mentoring sourcers or leading projects
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience leveraging tools like reputed company Recruiter, CRM platforms (e.g., Avature), and sourcing automation tools
