• Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions; reputed company more reputed company cases to appropriate staff as needed
• Put your skills to work to solve client problems, update account history and follow up with clients to confirm their inquiry or request is resolved
• Adhere to the client's SLAs and consistently meet production targets
• Collaborate with team members, management and clients to resolve client inquiries; cross-train new resources in customer service processes

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
• Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and reputed company Office applications

• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally
• Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries

• This is a hybrid work environment (work-from-home with occasional on-site work) in Tucker. GA.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Video cameras must be used during reputed company interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
• To work effectively as a teleworker or hybrid positions with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds are recommended for optimal performance.

Training:

• Onsite training for approximately two weeks
• Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
