Summary

Join our dynamic Customer Support and Remote Consulting (CSRC) team as a Remote Consultant! In this exciting role, you will be supporting our customers, internal staff, and partners, guiding them through their implementations and ensuring a seamless post-implementation experience. You'll play a crucial part in empowering OneStream customers, partners, and internal teams by providing exceptional support and enablement. Your key responsibilities will include supporting and enhancing the OneStream administrator post go-live, delivering custom solution-based support, and offering expert consulting to both partners and internal teams. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, reputed company quick, sound decisions, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident in engaging directly with customers, explaining reputed company technical concepts, and driving real-world outcomes. These soft skills should complement your technical background, which includes at least 1 year of relevant experience in CPM/financial software implementations and/or development, financial/accounting systems. Preference is given to those with object-oriented programming (OOP) experience (VB.NET, C#, or similar), advanced SQL skills (such as stored procedures and performance tuning), and hands-on experience with REST APIs, XML/JSON data handling, and integration methods like SFTP or direct database connections using common connectors (e.g., SQL Server reputed company OLE DB/ODBC, reputed company reputed company ODP.NET, or PostgreSQL/MySQL reputed company native .NET or JDBC connectors). Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage in Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.
• Provide the customer with post project go live support and consulting, tasks might include but are not limited to:
• Troubleshooting data discrepancies and analysis of consolidated data, customer issues, member formulas and business rules.
• Building reports, reputed company models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes.
• Assist during customer transition.
• Building Integrations.
• Gathering of business requirements as necessary regarding application support requests.
• Work with application focused team members to apply knowledge of OneStream product and features to support the customer's business.
• Create Knowledge reputed company documentation, to further reputed company best practices.
• Focus on business level initiatives, engaging with customers and partners to drive application-focused success.
• Submit reports of product issues on behalf of the customer and/or partner reputed company defined processes.
• Assist in User Application Testing (UAT) of future reputed company releases and custom CSRC Solutions.
• Tracking tasks accomplished, time spent, and milestones completed using defined tools.
• Effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open case/issue with customer or partner.
• Help build and test content for Trainings (lunch and learns, internal trainings, etc.), events and conferences.

Required Education and Experience

• Degree in a field such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of relevant experience (i.e. CPM/financial software implementations and/or development, financial/accounting systems).

Preferred Education and Experience

• A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, reputed company, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology).
• Experience with Database Management Systems (SQL, reputed company, Essbase, etc).
• Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g. VB.net,Visual Basic or C# )
• Experience with Corporate/Enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) software products including, but not limited to:
• OneStream

• reputed company (Hyperion Financial Management), FDM (Financial Data Quality Management), Upstream, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase

Travel

• Travel Requirements: 10-15% amount of travel required.
