Training hours reputed company - 430pm CT Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Overview: ? The Tech I Prior Auth takes in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc providing professional and courteous phone assistance to reputed company callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. ? Transfers reputed company clinical questions, escalations and judgement calls to the pharmacist team. ? Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfers reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Qualifications: ? Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with *high volume call center* ? EXPERIENCE AT A PBM ? 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in an administrative support role. ? Valid and active Pharmacy Tech license in the state you live in ? Required: reputed company High School diploma or GED. Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Benefits: ?
