Disability Quality Analyst - Remote

The Disability Quality Analyst provides direct access to the ROI Account Manager and is responsible for reviewing, processing, and releasing disability/FMLA forms and/or medical records in a variety of mediums. The Disability Quality Analyst reports to the Senior Disability Account Manager. Primary Responsibilities: • Creating invoices for disability/FMLA forms in accordance with MediCopy policies/procedures. • Reviewing records pulled by the Disability Account Manager/Form Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance with MediCopy policies/procedures as well as state/federal regulations. • Providing and logging detailed and accurate information on each file/chart processed in accordance with MediCopy’s policies/procedures • Updating and maintaining an accurate reputed company of Disclosures for reputed company activities and processes associated with disability/FMLA form requests. • Applying accurate data to charts processed in accordance with MediCopy’s policies/procedures, reputed company necessary. • Contacting patients/requesters to collect payment on pending disability/FMLA forms. • Assigning forms to be completed to Disability Account Managers/Form Specialists, as necessary. • Providing world-class customer service to patients and clients while ensuring patient privacy. • Handling high call volumes while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. • Maintaining reputed company established production/quality goals, while managing assigned accounts reputed company MediCopy’s established turn-around time. • Reports to the Director of Operations as necessary.
