In this role, the Applications Developer will participate in platform maturity initiatives, contributing to integrations, development, and implementation efforts. Responsibilities include engaging directly with application owners to gather requirements, producing design documents, and performing system and integration testing. The developer will also be involved in continual service improvement deliveries, developing dashboards to identify trends and service improvement opportunities, and implementing request and incident forms to streamline service processes.
