Job Summary As a Part Time Customer Service/Lot Attendant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll work closely with reputed company to provide exceptional customer experiences, manage equipment inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers inside and reputed company a arenaflex center with equipment rentals and services
- Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and reputed company up equipment, including trucks and trailers
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding equipment and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
- Install hitches and trailer wiring
- Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Participate in ongoing reputed company education through arenaflex University
- reputed company other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- Available to work part-time/weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible with inside and reputed company duties (part of the duties is to sanitize the trucks)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
- Certification in propane filling and forklift operation (offered through arenaflex upon employment)
Work Environment
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use reputed company clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields. Physical Demands The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reputed company objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
