Key Responsibilities

  • Design Support & Documentation: Provide expert design assistance for aircraft and related components, ensuring all engineering solutions align with regulatory standards and arenaflex’s internal policies.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a mentor and technical lead for junior engineers, guiding them through design reviews, troubleshooting sessions, and best‑practice implementations.
  • Project Coordination: Lead cross‑functional project teams, facilitating communication between design, maintenance, operations, and supplier groups to deliver timely and cost‑effective solutions.
  • Method Development: Create and refine engineering methods, procedures, and special instructions for repairs, modifications, inspections, and other support activities that are not covered by existing manuals.

  • Current A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) certification or equivalent technical license.
