As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding arenaflex’s seller ecosystem in the United States, helping new vendors launch, thrive, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Build and maintain a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, seasonal trends, and competitive activity across multiple product categories.
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high‑potential sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations, translating arenaflex’s value proposition into compelling opportunities.
  • Data‑Driven Enablement: Provide sellers with actionable insights derived from sales data, performance metrics, and market research to help them optimize listings, pricing, and fulfillment.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and launch go‑to‑market strategies that attract key vendors and expand product selection.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary liaison between sellers and internal stakeholders, swiftly addressing operational challenges, policy questions, and performance concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track seller growth, marketplace health indicators, and revenue targets, preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to refine onboarding processes, training materials, and automation tools that enhance efficiency and seller satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑oriented selling techniques.
  • Strong passion for introducing new products to emerging markets and helping sellers succeed.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional commercial judgment, written and verbal communication abilities, and a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • Analytical mindset with solid quantitative skills; comfortable interpreting large data sets and translating them into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, particularly in marketplace onboarding or seller support.
