Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Conduct deep‑dive analyses of product gaps, seasonal trends, and competitive activity to uncover opportunities for new sellers.
  • Seller Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑value merchants through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide sellers through the registration process, share best‑practice resources, and deliver data‑driven insights that improve inventory turnover, fulfillment performance, and customer ratings.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support—to resolve seller issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, order defect rate, and on‑time delivery, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract flagship brands and niche manufacturers to the arenaflex marketplace.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, propose automation solutions, and contribute to the evolution of our seller‑centric tools.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative and solution‑oriented selling techniques.
  • Strong passion for introducing new products to untapped markets and helping sellers scale.
