Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist) to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all client information, program documentation, and service records are accurately captured, organized, and maintained within our digital ecosystem. Your work will directly support the efficient delivery of energy assistance programs, helping low‑income households access vital resources such as utility bill relief, weatherization services, and energy efficiency upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and continuously update client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting real‑time progress through the production pipeline.
  • Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and record communications in the arenaflex platform (formerly Monday.com) as soon as they are received.
  • Adhere to program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program policies, ensuring compliance with both agency standards and funder requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with program staff to enhance communication flow, promote consistency in service delivery, and troubleshoot any data‑related issues.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, preparing mailings, providing phone coverage, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
  • Remain available for remote work, attending virtual meetings, responding to calls and emails, and completing regular duties in a timely manner.

  • Engage in mandatory agency training and other professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.

Essential Qualifications
