  • Assist in executing mathematical and statistical analyses that inform strategic decision-making for diverse business functions, from marketing to supply chain optimization.
  • Employ algorithms and predictive modeling techniques, participating in the selection of appropriate analytical methods to evaluate scenarios and project potential future results.
  • Apply analytical rigor and advanced statistical methods to large datasets, including techniques such as predictive modeling, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design and evaluation, and data mining.
  • Develop and run experiments to validate hypotheses using sophisticated mathematical, statistical, scientific, or computational approaches, including probability models, machine learning fundamentals, pattern recognition, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
  • Document assigned components of analytical projects, including business objectives, data collection and processing procedures, primary methodologies, final algorithms, detailed results, and key analytical metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of presentation materials that communicate project findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively escalate issues, roadblocks, or data anomalies as they arise to ensure project momentum and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional peers, occasionally engaging with external partners to provide routine project-related data and updates.
  • Prepare and deliver interpretations of analytical findings to internal stakeholders, translating complex statistical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, including potential out-of-state engagements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS.
