Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Agents – Baggage & Freight Operations Specialists. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals whose shared goal is to ensure that customers’ luggage and cargo arrive safely, on schedule, and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding arriving and departing planes to gate positions.
  • Protect freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather exposure throughout the handling process.
  • Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors safely and efficiently in high‑traffic areas.
  • Continuously lift and move packages onto trucks, guaranteeing that each shipment reaches its intended destination without delay.
  • Utilize scanners and computer systems to accurately track items and direct cargo to the correct flight or storage location.
  • Practice and promote safety‑first procedures in every operational step, adhering to arenaflex’s rigorous safety standards.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards and report them promptly.
  • Collaborate with airport personnel, airline crews, and fellow arenaflex team members to resolve any operational challenges quickly.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external customers, providing updates on cargo status when required.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.).

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and confidentiality when handling personal and shipment information.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lb regularly and occasionally handle items up to 70 lb.
