Key Responsibilities:

* Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and increase brand visibility in retail accounts

  • Secure placement of equipment and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
  • Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal product display and availability
  • Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Support the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of our sales and marketing efforts

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for local routes)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software

  • Knowledge of the beverage industry, including trends, products, and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including promotional planning and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Marketing Professional)
