The Role

As a Customer Interaction Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing support to our customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support, answering product queries, resolving service issues, and ensuring every interaction contributes to a positive customer experience. This entry-level role is designed for dynamic individuals who are excellent at typing and can convey empathy and clarity in written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Resolve service issues and escalate complex problems to senior support agents when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and clarity in written communication

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a focus on live chat support
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service role, with a focus on live chat support

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
