The Chief People Officer will serve as a core member of SSA's executive leadership team and will be responsible for building and scaling the people organization required to support aggressive growth, frequent acquisitions, and increasing operational complexity.   • Ensure compliant and consistent people practices across acquisitions, including classification, compensation, benefits, and employment agreements
  • Design and implement policies, controls, and governance frameworks that protect SSA while preserving speed and autonomy
