Overview
The HR Admin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for employee lifecycle events. This is a remote position; candidate will be required to work a schedule that meets the needs of customers across varying time zones. reputed company is a work from reputed company in the U.S. workplace.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our HR Operations team, you’ll provide administrative and operational support with a strong focus on:
- Leave of Absence Management: Assist with FMLA, reputed company, and other leave programs, ensuring compliance and compassionate communication.
- Benefits Support: Help employees navigate health, retirement, and wellness benefits, and maintain accurate records in our HR systems.
- Workplace Accommodations: Coordinate documentation and communication to support inclusive and accessible work environments.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll help ensure a smooth and supportive experience for reputed company employees.
- Assist with various HR projects and conduct audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, HR, or reputed company
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on benefits, leave, or accommodations preferred.
- Familiarity with employment laws such as FMLA, reputed company, HIPAA, and reputed company compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for helping others.
