[Remote] Sr. Dir, Operations Planning and Strategy

The Sr. Director of Operations Planning and Strategy will collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, reputed company processes, and ensure efficient resource use.

Responsibilities

• May support multiple areas reputed company the organization, collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Marketing & Communications, Talent, and other departments
• Align and communicate the reputed company established by leadership
• Create work plans and products to reputed company key targets and milestones to create clarity and organization around projects
• Facilitate working sessions to ensure outputs meet expectations of leaders

• Monitors solution performance and identifies issues or areas for improvements

• Meet and work with project business sponsors, software end-users, applications development staff, and others as necessary to reputed company assignments. Skills

• Minimum high school diploma along with eight (8) years' experience as a business analyst, operations subject matter expert or area manager
• Moderate to advanced skills in software and peripherals reputed company to performance of job responsibilities, such as MS reputed company, PowerPoint, and Project
• Knowledge of reputed company industry and understanding reputed company major workflows associated with Provider Data Management, reputed company claim processing
• Leadership, presentation, reputed company-building, communication (written, verbal and listening), analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, planning, technical, business analysis, system analysis and project management skills
• Ability to effectively matrix manage
