As a key member of our reputed company Cycle Management department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely posting of payments, adjustments, and denials for our FVC Center locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process payments, adjustments, and denials for FVC Center locations reputed company reputed company Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or electronic remittance files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile payment entries with daily bank deposits for the appropriate FVC locations, identifying and escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Utilize medical billing software applications (Medical Manager or Imagine) to apply transactions to the appropriate accounts, ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update the Denial Batch Manager log, reviewing and addressing denied claims and under/overpaid claims.
- Generate reports, including Cash Collections and payment application reports, to support departmental needs and goals.
- Provide assistance to junior staff with general support tasks, as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Escalate reputed company issues to Team reputed company or supervisor, as necessary, and assist with various projects as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of reputed company experience in medical billing or collections, with a strong understanding of payment applications and healthcare software.
- Excellent mathematical aptitude, with the ability to accurately process transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based software applications, including reputed company Word and reputed company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a team-oriented approach.

- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and healthcare software applications.
