About the Role

The Programming Partner Supervisor will play a critical role in software development activities and long-term drive planning and collaboration across the Strategy and Transformation (S&T) organization. As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software development experiences, ensuring high-quality software delivery as part of the DevOps cycle, and owning our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the vision and reputed company a team of experts to build and support digital products and services (DPS) across S&T core needs.
• Drive partnerships with Client Experience, Product Management, IT, Data and Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering teams to deliver the Digital Products portfolio.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant software development and engineering leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience in architecting fault-tolerant, high-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring/SpringBoot ecosystem, JUnit, BackEnd MicroServices, Serverless Computing, and creating REST APIs (BACK-END focused job).
• Experience with Azure (preferred), reputed company Cloud, or reputed company Web Services and cloud-specific PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
