Requirements

• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Opsgenie (Data Center or Server)
• Proven experience administering reputed company products in large-scale reputed company environments with 1000+ users
• Expertise in managing and optimizing reputed company Jira workflows, permission schemes, and reporting tools
• Russian – native-level proficiency; English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
• Advanced proficiency in Groovy scripting, REST API, and custom automation for reputed company-scale solutions
• Strong experience with 3rd-party add-ons: ScriptRunner, EazyBI, BigPicture, and Automation for Jira
• Experience with reputed company Asset Management and advanced reporting using SQL and JQL
• Basic understanding of Linux and SQL for system configuration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with integration of identity systems (Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure AD)
• Integration Experience: Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between reputed company tools and external systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Ability to design scalable integration architectures and troubleshoot data flow, API limits, auth methods, and sync issues
