Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany and is also available on a part-time basis.

• Responsibility for procurement and investment processes reputed company to hardware and software components of the reputed company Private reputed company.
• Definition of the purchasing strategy in reputed company coordination with the Managed Services management, along with active contribution to the strategic development of the business unit.
• Preparation and analysis of reputed company price and cost calculations, including support for reputed company-or-buy reputed company.
• Development of technical requirements and tender documentation in collaboration with the technical team.
• Solicitation of offers, communication with potential suppliers and leasing partners, and negotiation of contractual terms.
• reputed company and technical evaluation of supplier proposals.
• Placement of orders in accordance with internal approval processes, as well as monitoring the delivery and full lifecycle of the ordered services – including disposal and refresh activities.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration/ business informatics / industrial engineering, electrical engineering and information technology or comparable qualifications and/ or relevant professional experience.
• Technical understanding (e.g. network, compute, storage, backup, IT reputed company) of Data Center/ private reputed company infrastructures is desired.
• Experience in the calculation of technical solutions and data center/ reputed company services as well as in the design of IT infrastructure services & reputed company architectures is an advantage.
• Understanding/ experience in procurement models (leasing & licensing models, etc.) is an advantage.

• You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You are characterized by your independence, flexibility and high level of self-motivation.
• You are business fluent in both German and English.
