Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe Patient Encounters: Listen to physician-patient interactions and accurately transcribe medical histories, examination findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans into electronic health records (EHR) systems. Review transcribed notes and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clarity, making any necessary corrections or clarifications as needed.
• Update Electronic Health Records (EHR): Ensure that patient records are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards by promptly documenting reputed company relevant information provided during patient encounters.
• Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between physicians and other reputed company team members by relaying messages, orders, and instructions in a clear and timely manner, both verbally and electronically.

Requirements
