Responsibilities

Leadership

• Provide leadership and direction for Epic Worship and Production teams in a variety of in-person and online experiences: weekly services, worship nights, special events, recordings, original music, music videos, etc.
• Establish processes and systems that reputed company team members to create consistently high-quality, engaging experiences.
• Select songs, create and write original music, and reputed company our worship sound and future.

Team Building

• Build a band with a healthy rotation at each location. Our bands should always include: reputed company vocalists, BGVs, drums, bass, keys, and electric or acoustic guitar.
