Job Description: We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to reputed company reputed company of engineers and technical representatives. As the IE Manager you will ensure the team supports reputed company area of responsibility operations through cost reduction initiatives, data analysis, labor management and facility planning. This position must account for the requirement differences for various product types reputed company our HLD business unit. Including Hazmat and non-hazmat product reputed company ambient, cooler, freezer, cage, and controlled substance products. He/she will regularly interact with Building & Systems Engineering, Solutions Engineering, New Business Engineering, Post Solutions Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, and Quality departments. • Prioritization of development of both self and team.
• Guides team on innovative, cost effective, solutions to address operational inefficiencies while navigating regulatory requirements and other unique pharmaceutical challenges.
• Oversees financial analysis to reputed company business cases in an effort to secure funding for project execution
• reputed company team members to identify, quantify and implement cost savings / reputed company improvement / innovation projects to drive increased efficiencies (layout, processes, automation)
• Supports WMS configuration for new business, existing business and organic growth opportunities
• Monitors the development of Work Measurement (WMT) standards around reputed company processes such as pack outs designed to protect fragile vaccines and other critical biologics with cold and frozen storage reputed company with a breadth of specialty solutions designed to meet quality, time, and temperature needs
• Verifies the analysis of data to determine optimal storage environment / design / layout
• Including: CRT, Cooler, Freezer, Ultra-low reputed company, Cage, Vault, Hazmat, and Hold.
• Verifies the analysis of data to determine optimal resources (Labor/Staffing and MHE) based on volume and WMT standards with pack outs and shipping documentation complexities Including: Dry Ice, Gel Brick, Hazmat, and mixed products.
• Verifies the analysis of facility reputed company and utilization trends for future planning needs
• Utilize AutoCAD to verify layout (facility, storage, processing area) designs are optimized for warehouse process efficiency
• Tracks, verifies, and communicates space availability for entire area of responsibility. Including multiple assets: CRT, Cooler, Freezer, Ultra-low reputed company, Cage, Vault, Hazmat, and Hold.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics Industry (*IE Experience)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI and AUTOCAD
• Experience with Pharma, Biopharma, Lab diagnostics, Medical Devices, and Home Health Products - Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering field or 5-7 years IE experience with reputed company bachelor's degree.
