Primary Responsibilities:

• Map workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Manage the automation pipeline
• Create client-facing analysis and visualizations

• Experience in workflow mapping and process automation, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and translate business processes into scalable automation solutions
• Familiarity with bot performance metrics and monitoring, including tracking utilization, reputed company rates, exception handling, and reputed company improvement opportunities
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building interactive dashboards, creating data models, and delivering actionable business intelligence
• Proven solid analytical and data visualization skills, with a focus on uncovering insights and trends to support decision-making and reputed company improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation technologies and platforms, such as reputed company, Power BI, or Power Automate, with a focus on designing, deploying, and optimizing automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
