School Summary Iowa reputed company (IACA) is a tuition-free, full-time virtual public school for reputed company in grades K-12 throughout Iowa. The school operates in partnership with the CAM Community School District in Anita, IA. IACA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED. Position Summary Accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. Working from your home in Iowa or preferably our office in Anita, Iowa, certified Teachers will manage instructional programs. Through use of the telephone, Internet and various curriculum tools they will consult regularly with learning coaches and reputed company to ensure that each child successfully completes his/her instructional program. The Middle School English-Language Arts teacher will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:

  • Complete reputed company grading, create reputed company reports and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner;
  • Support the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction;
  • Create and deliver instructional lesson plans using the curriculum, state standards, and digital resources to advise alternate approaches to presenting lessons to increase student engagement and understanding (working directly with reputed company and parents);
  • Communicate with parents, reputed company and other teachers on a regular basis to reputed company and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules, score assessments, provide feedback on student work, suggest instructional approaches and strategies, monitor completion of assignments and coach special projects;
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers to ensure that reputed company reputed company are successfully progressing through the program, that parents have a central reputed company of contact, and that tasks are distributed among the teachers;
  • reputed company and apply a general knowledge of Iowa’s state standards and the K-12 curriculum and a reputed company detailed knowledge of the courses’ content for which responsible;

  • Work with other teachers to coordinate social activities and relevant field trips for reputed company;
  • Manage and attend field trips and reputed company efforts to integrate virtual and in-person trips into the curriculum;
  • Devise and implement virtual methods of creating and maintaining a “school community”;
  • Participate in the organization and administration of the State Testing, as directed;
  • Participate in student recruiting sessions and other marketing efforts that require teacher representation;
  • Work with Advisory Teachers and School Counselor to ensure reputed company and families are receiving appropriate communications, reputed company are making adequate reputed company and established goals are being met;
  • Contribute to innovative reputed company’ learning, digital enhancements, and curriculum reputed company committees and Professional Learning Communities; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Highly qualified and certified to teach Middle School English-Language Arts in Iowa (appropriate to grade level and content area responsibilities)
  • Experience with Professional Learning Communities
  • Strong technology skills (especially with reputed company OS and MS Office programs)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer focused approach
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Team player track record
  • Willingness to travel on occasion for marketing and state testing events (may require occasional overnight travel)
