Traveling Trainer Technical, Level 3 (reputed company)

The Technical Trainer provides product and technical training support to internal and external customers. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through training and providing satisfactory customer technical support. May include:

• Facilitate technical and/or sales training including installation, controls, commissioning, service, troubleshooting, product, and basic applications
• Work with subject matter experts to reputed company or enhance curriculum as required
• Prepare training facility and lab prior to training classes
• Maintain training material inventory at assigned location
• Maintain training facility standards, including equipment and tools
• Assist in development of product and technical training programs, including curriculum and corresponding training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, and manuals
• Provide training support, including communication, promotion and coordination of product and technical training
• Acts as a liaison between sales, product marketing, service, and training
• Assist at educational or industry conferences; ability to present at conferences

• Audit technical trainers 1&2 and reputed company independent trainers

• Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience training in the technical service field
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HVAC products and controls
• Knowledge of management systems is a plus
• Proven track record of reputed company in service and customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to interact with reputed company of varied backgrounds
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, reputed company and customers
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers; builds long-term business relationships; represents the Company's brand to reputed company customers
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and reputed company course curriculum

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience with HVAC installation, commissioning, service and maintenance
• 8+ years facilitating product and technical training

Education/Certification:

• HVAC degree or certification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or reputed company field, preferred
