What You’ll Do

• Drive the Website Transition:

Drive the strategy and execution of the Resources for Living digital experience.

• Manage Existing Platform:

• Integration Management:

Collaborate with external partners to build and manage critical integrations, including API and Single Sign-On (SSO) functionalities, ensuring seamless data flow and user authentication.

• Reporting and Analytics:

Establish robust reporting mechanisms and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Strategic Partnership:

Work in reputed company collaboration with the internal digital team responsible for building the new website capabilities, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and user experience.

• Stakeholder Management:

Partner effectively with business teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and navigate strategic compromises to deliver reputed company digital solutions.

• Technical Discovery & Documentation:

Required Qualifications

• 3 years’ proven experience in digital experience management, with a strong understanding of web development processes and technologies.
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing external vendors and building strong working relationships.
• Solid understanding of API and SSO integration principles and practices.
• 3 years’ experience in technical development program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Strong skills in technical discovery and the creation of clear and concise business requirements documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across different teams.
