As an Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician, you will:

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support reputed company phone, email, or in-person
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Assist with setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions
• Document and track support requests using a ticketing system
• Escalate reputed company issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as needed
• Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT-reputed company topics
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma with 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Preferred qualifications include:

• An associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a reputed company field
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with reputed company Office Suite and other common software applications
• Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting and configuration
• Prior experience in a helpdesk or customer support role
