We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Brand Activation Manager to join our client's team, a leading premium drinks business with an award-winning portfolio of brands. As a Brand Activation Manager, you will play a key role in driving consumer and trade engagement through the development and delivery of innovative marketing activities and campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and delivering marketing activities and campaigns, including coordinating events, product launches, and in-trade promotional activations
• Utilizing your knowledge and experience of brand activation and customer marketing to drive business growth
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Analyzing data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for the drinks market, with direct experience in either the On Trade or Off Trade channels
• Proven experience in brand activation and customer marketing, with a strong understanding of what drives consumer engagement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• A graduate-level education, with a strong academic record
