Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll conduct high-volume reputed company to new and existing members, driving enrollment and program completion rates. This is a full-time remote role, reporting to our Manager of Member Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email to engage with members and prospects
• reputed company over 100 outbound calls per day to connect with members and prospects
• Enroll at least 25% of connected leads into our program
• Ensure at least 25% of connected members take a class reputed company 1 week of engagement reputed company
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to members
• Experience working with CRMs and customer service tools (e.g., Insightly CRM, reputed company)
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle high-volume work
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly reputed company new information
