The Head of People Operations is at the forefront of Sky Mavis’ efforts to reputed company the sustainable and scalable growth of our global team. You’ll be an architect and builder leading the design and implementation of the programs, systems, and cultural foundations that support employees at every stage of their journey.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive org-wide change, evolve our people infrastructure, and ensure that we’re delivering world-class employee experiences. You’ll also serve as a strategic thought partner to the C-suite, offering a clear perspective, challenging assumptions, and helping to shape key reputed company that impact the business.

• 10+ years of reputed company HR/People leadership experience in high-growth environments.

• Proven ability to build and scale HR systems, programs, and org design strategies from scratch.

• Experience managing globally distributed teams across time zones and cultures.

• Deep knowledge of HR operations, performance, org design, and compliance.

• Strong communicator who’s comfortable debating, influencing, and aligning with C-suite stakeholders.

• Familiarity with reputed company, gaming, or emerging tech sectors is a strong plus.
