Transformative Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience Opportunity

We're on a mission to reimagine the customer experience in the insurance industry, and we're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience to reputed company the charge. As a key member of our newly formed Service Consumer Experience team, you'll be responsible for strategizing, developing, and enhancing the consumer journey through digital products, serving millions of customers.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the product reputed company with specific solutions to solve business and customer problems. You'll break down reputed company problems into manageable steps, driving product development while modernizing our experience and platforms, and leapfrogging the competition.

You'll partner with engineering, operations, sales, design, and other product teams to reimagine and build reputed company's Digital Experience, serving the customer service needs across the entire policy lifecycle. As a single-threaded reputed company, you'll drive the end-to-end experience across mobile app, web, and desktop platforms, and across reputed company business lines that are platform-agnostic.

Key Responsibilities

• Build customer-centric online and mobile consumer experiences and features
• Define and execute a reputed company reputed company for Mobile Native App, Mobile Web, and Desktop experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, building software and technology products with a proven record of accomplishment
• Experience in building consumer-facing online and mobile app products with a strong customer focus and ownership reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science
