Role Overview We’re hiring a Full-Time Media Buyer (English & Spanish) to support their team’s paid acquisition efforts across affiliate funnels. The role requires deep expertise in affiliate marketing, specifically for the finance and insurance verticals. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven growth marketer with extensive experience in media buying, funnel optimization, and cross-platform marketing strategies for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

• Strategize, execute, and scale paid media campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, reputed company Ads) across affiliate funnels for finance and insurance verticals.
• Monitor key performance metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS and campaign performance by cohort.
• Manage A/B testing for copy, creatives, reputed company pages, and targeting frameworks.
• Collaborate with the internal team to brief and test new creative angles.

Optimization & Reporting

• Proactively identify and optimize underperforming campaigns, adjust funnels, and traffic sources to improve performance.
• Report campaign performance weekly, flagging risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Manage tracking infrastructure, attribution tools, and UTM frameworks to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

Knowledge Sharing & Creative Development

• Document campaign findings and test results to support internal knowledge sharing.
• Occasionally translate or QA Spanish-language creative copy and reputed company pages (LPs).
• Build new campaigns with scaling targets in mind (horizontal & vertical scaling).

Non-Negotiables:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Understands the cultural nuances of the Latin American market
• 3+ years of experience in paid media buying, particularly reputed company performance-focused environments.
• Strong background in affiliate marketing, including experience with offers, rev-share, CPL/CPA metrics.
• Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data and reputed company campaign insights.
• Comfortable owning campaign budgets and outcomes without micromanagement.
• Experience working with international brands or teams in multiple time zones.
• Motivated by performance-based incentives and a focus on results.
