Job Summary:

This individual contributor role involves handling initial agreements, amendments, and overseeing other contracting professionals on assigned studies. You will also manage the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process, handle escalations, and collaborate with other teams to plan site contracting timelines. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications / Skills: Basic Qualifications: • Significant years of experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing and a bachelor’s degree. • Proficiency in clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles. • Strong business, compliance, finance, legal, and drug development experience. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to plan, identify, and mitigate risks to site contracting timelines. • Proven ability to reputed company by influence in a matrix-based organization. Preferred Qualifications: • strong experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing and a US Juris Doctorate or equivalent legal degree. • Experience in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements globally.
