IT Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join reputed company.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Procurement of licenses and equipment for the company;
• Collaboration with vendors and distributors;
• Communication with internal departments to identify procurement needs;
• Research suppliers of goods and services;
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor reputed company;
• Track inventory levels and submit purchase orders as needed;
• Recommend new products, services, or materials in line with industry trends;
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities;
• Manage procurement documentation and reporting;
• Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Essential professional experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
• Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, and inventory management;
• Experience working with international vendors and distributors is a plus;
• Ability to manage large volumes of information and handle multiple tasks;
• Proficiency in reputed company;
• Upper-intermediate English and Native Ukrainian are required.
