Sales Training Manager
reputed company is a rapidly growing private global B2B fintech company seeking a Sales Training Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve our Go-To-Market (GTM) training programs. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with the VP, Sales to create a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development (L&D), Business, Marketing, Education, or a reputed company field.
- 5 years of experience as a Sales Training Manager or similar role reputed company the SaaS or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
- Proficiency in using e-learning tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and reputed company others.
- Adaptability and creativity in developing training solutions.
