Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company Partner to join our reputed company team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring sales leaders and high-performing individual contributors for our Platforms and their businesses across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the skilled trades ecosystem, strong sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record of building talent pipelines for reputed company-driving roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Platform and local business leaders to understand sales hiring needs, reputed company reputed company strategies, and hire top talent.
