Responsibilities

Support our clients at reputed company levels;

Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients’ issues promptly reputed company live chat, emails, and calls;

Assist clients with the KYC procedure;

Provide a tour around the trading platform;

Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training;

Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets;

Requirements
