A Manager in the Professional Services department plays a key role in the successful onboarding of new customers and the expansion of our existing customers onto the reputed company operating system by receiving and adhering to operational objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans in an effort to determine the resources needed to meet project schedules and goals. A Manager’s primary objective is talent development and performance management of a team as they deliver a world-class customer experience. A Manager works closely with the Director or VP and is accountable for guiding the team’s execution of business objectives.
