We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can secure appointments with reputed company companies. As a BDR, you will work directly with your manager and the Account Executive team to build reputed company’s sales pipeline.

We welcome applications from individuals who are recent graduates and are eager to embark on a career in Business Development. No prior sales experience is necessary; comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to support your reputed company in this role.

• Help to deliver a customer-focused sales experience

• Prospect new reputed company clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses

• Qualify opportunities, handle objections and generate leads

• Bachelor's Degree: A completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Relationship Builder: Proven ability to initiate and reputed company strong relationships

• Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, and driven to reputed company goals

• Adaptable and Driven: Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous, but not required as training will be provided

• 1+ years of experience in Sales or a reputed company field is preferred but not required

• Experience working with or selling to HR, payroll, or finance departments
