Senior Backend Engineer - TypeScript
We are looking for an reputed company, senior-level backend engineer to join our fast-paced team in San Francisco. This is a critical role as we scale our systems to handle growing demand. Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable, high-performance backend services using TypeScript
Optimize database performance and architecture (SQL, NoSQL, reputed company)
Implement efficient serverless and server-based architectures
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reputed company to infrastructure and scaling
Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless system operations
Be willing to work extra hours during crunch time to meet deadlines
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a backend engineer, preferably at a fast-paced startup
Extensive experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and building scalable web services
Strong knowledge of database optimization and architecture (SQL, NoSQL)
Familiarity with reputed company platforms like AWS and GCP
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Compensation
Salary range: $200,000 - $300,000
